While hot-headed Houston vice cop Jack Caine (Dolph Lundgren) is on the case of a local gang, he unexpectedly finds himself caught in the middle of a deadly narcotics operation of an altogether more intergalactic nature. Faced with an extra-terrestrial dealer on a diabolical mission to harvest human endorphins, Caine is forced to team up with a straight-laced FBI agent to take on the alien drug lord and save the world!
