The ultimate high school horror classic is coming to Savoy Cinema this Halloween as Nottingham film collective Lounge Trip present Brian DePalma’s blood-filled tragedy ‘Carrie’ (1976)

The first of many Stephen King adaptations, the film follows student Carrie White (Sissy Spacek) a student who is relentlessly bullied by her classmates at school and is tormented at home by her overly religious mother.

But in typical Stephen King fashion Carrie is not your regular student, she possesses a telekinetic power that is becoming more and more powerful.

With iconic visuals, outstanding performances and blood bucket dropping shocks this is not one to miss! This is not one to miss!
